Return

1. When purchasing in the Ecozyme store, each customer is granted a 14-day return guarantee for any product of suitable quality, counted from the date of receipt.
2. To return a product of suitable quality:
2.1. You must contact us in advance by email at pardavimai@ecozyme.online . Returns without prior notice and agreement will not be accepted.
2.2. Explain the reason and attach proof of purchase.
2.3. The item must be unused, with labeling tags and in its original packaging, undamaged, and retaining its commercial appearance.
3. To return a product of unsatisfactory quality, follow the steps listed in section 2 (except for 2.3, which does not apply in this case).
4. The store undertakes to provide the customer with a reasoned written response no later than 10 business days from the date of receiving the customer's request.
5. If the ordered product has no manufacturing defect and the customer withdraws from the contract, the store will refund the shipping costs included in the product price and the price of the product itself—that is, the amount paid by the customer.
6. If the ordered product has a manufacturing or transport defect, the online store undertakes to replace it or refund the customer’s money. The store will reimburse or cover the shipping and return costs.
7. The store sells products that meet the conditions specified in the order. In cases where the products delivered to the customer do not meet certain order requirements, the customer agrees to notify the store immediately in writing via the specified email address. The store undertakes to take all necessary actions to remedy these deficiencies if they occurred due to the fault of the store or third parties acting on its behalf. The store will correct the deficiencies within a reasonable time agreed upon with the customer. If the deficiencies are not corrected, the customer has the right to exercise their rights in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. In the event of a product defect, the customer wishing to exercise the right to return a defective product, reduce its price, or receive a product of suitable quality must submit their request in the manner specified in this policy within 2 months from the day the non-conformity was discovered, with the 2-month period calculated from the date of receipt of the product.
