How the subscription works

- You confirm the terms. Before adding to your cart, you see how much you pay today and how much will be charged later and when, and you tick the box to agree.
- You get a reminder. We send you an email a few days before the next shipment, so a payment never comes as a surprise.
- You stay in control. In your account, you can skip a delivery, change the date, quantity or frequency, or cancel your subscription.
The 30-day trial: what exactly you get
The trial is for anyone who hasn't tried Ecozyme enzyme laundry detergent yet:
- Your first order is 1 litre for €8.90 instead of €14.90 (that's up to 33 washes, from €0.27 per wash).
- After 30 days, the subscription continues automatically: €13.90 every month for 1 litre.
- If the detergent isn't right for you, cancel your subscription in your account before the next payment – you won't pay anything more.
- The trial price applies only to your first order of this product.
A shipping fee based on your chosen delivery method is added to each order.

Which plan to choose

- Do you wash 2–4 times a week? 1 litre every month or 2 bottles every 2 months usually suits best.
- Large family or lots of sportswear? 3 bottles every 3 months – the lowest cost per wash.
- Don't want any commitment? Choose a one-time purchase.
If you find you have detergent left over or run short, simply change the frequency in your account – there's no need to cancel and start again.
How to cancel or change your subscription
Log in to your account at ecozyme.online and open your subscriptions. There you can:
- skip the next delivery;
- change the date of the next shipment;
- change the quantity or frequency;
- cancel your subscription – no calls, no emails and no cancellation fees.

Do I have to keep buying after the trial?
